Can I mute my phone?

Yes, simply hit *6 to mute and unmute yourself, please use this option if you have background noise, we can hear everything that is going on including dogs barking, you eating, you typing, and so on.

Can I call in late?

Sure, please join the call quietly and listen to catch up.

What if I need to hang up early?

That's fine, we'll miss you but I understand you are busy and a little call is better than no call.

Will I have to talk?

No. You can chime in or ask a question if you wish or you can simply listen.

Will the call be recorded?

No, the free monthly calls are not recorded at this time.

Is the dial in number toll free?

No, the dial in number is usually located in a mid west state of the USA. If you do not have a long distance plan then regular long distance charges would apply.

Can I call from my cell phone?

Yes, many people opt to call from a cell.

What if I misplace the dial in number?

Right before the call I put the number up at www.JamieNovak.com or you can simply reregister and receive the number again.

What happens after I sign up?

Once you add the call to your shopping cart you will be asked for your contact information. There is no charge so you will not provide any payment information. Once you complete the check out process the dial in number and your pass code will be on your screen, copy these down into your calendar.

Is the dial in number the same every month?

No the numbers change monthly.
