A: Payment, minus any shipping and handling will be refunded for unopened products returned to us within 30 days of the date of purchase. To notify us that you plan to return an item please contact the office for instructions. Should an item be defective or damaged we will send out a replacement.

Your order is sent through the United State Postal Service. We do our best to ship within 24 hours of your order. Please allow 8 – 10 days for delivery, although many orders are delivered sooner.
