Classes by phone are essentially group conference calls.
Participants dial into a single phone line and are connected together.
Jamie leads the class and you have the opportunity to ask questions.
No hiring a babysitter or driving to a class, you get all your information from the comfort of your home.

After the class is complete an email arrives with a link to the recording of the class.
